Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase and your dress or other items will fit perfectly on arrival but if this is not the case you may return them to us in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
Note: Before returning any item please contact us by email or telephone on 0845 2693528 to let us know that your item is being returned.


Purchases made via www.mamabridal.com

Returns for a full refund (within 7 days of receipt):
For UK based customers, please return your item within 7 days of receipt. For USA/Worldwide customers, please return your item within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to receive a refund, please return your purchase in its original condition, unworn with any tags attached and packaged carefully inside the packaging it arrived in. It is your responsibility to get the product back to us in mint re-saleable condition. We advise you use a fully insured signed for service for this as any product received in un-saleable condition will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

We will refund you any money you have paid for that item, excluding postage paid by us and yourselves to return the item and by your original payment method.

Returns for an exchange of product (within 28 days):
Where the returns period has expired for a full refund or you wish to exchange your dress for a different style or size, we will be happy to offer an exchange of product within 28 days. Returns for exchange can only be made if the item is returned in mint, re-saleable condition with original tags attached. We are not able to offer a full refund if the original return date (7 days) has expired.
Once a product has been returned for an exchange no refunds will be available on the product. One further exchange can be made if the size is incorrect of a dress in the same style.

Special Order Sizes:
Dresses of size 20+ are made to special order and are unfortunately non-refundable. We are able to offer an exchange for a different size in the same style of dress within 28 days of delivery of the dress.


SALE Item Purchases made via the website

We are unable to offer a return for refund on items purchased from our special offer category that offers 20% discount on overstocks and customer returns. You can return your purchase for an exchange of size or style within 7 days of the delivery date.
NOTE: If you exchange for a different size or style NOT in the special offers category your dress will cost more so be prepared to pay the extra for the exchange.

Purchases made via visits to our showroom

We are unable to offer a return for refund on items purchased in our showroom. You can return your purchase for an exchange of size in the same design within 90 days of the original purchase date.


Returning your product:

Please notify us by email or telephone before returning your item so we know it is on its way back to us. You must retain proof of postage and we recommend appropriate insurance cover as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit on their return journey to us. Please ensure you package the product carefully so that it will survive the return journey to us without damage.

For items being returned from outside the EU, please ensure the relevant customs paperwork is marked with "Returning for Refund" to avoid any delay or costs in processing your refund.
